Precision and clarity<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contracts should not leave room for different interpretations. When I write a contract, I think in advance how it will function in everyday work, but also in crisis situations.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>2. Balance between rights and obligations<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each party to the contract must have clearly defined <\/span><b>rights and protection mechanisms<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, but also <\/span><b>specific obligations<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> which it takes over. This balance prevents feelings of injustice or exploitation.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>3. Flexibility within security<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The contracts I draft allow for adjustments if the project develops differently than planned, but not to the detriment of either party.
